Bülent Öztürk

Bülent Öztürk (Turkey, 1975) is a Belgian-Kurdish filmmaker known for Houses With Small Windows, which won Best European Short Film at the 2013 Venice Film Festival and was nominated for the European Film Awards. Öztürk graduated from RITCS in Brussels in 2011. His feature-length debut, Blue Silence, hit Belgian theatres in 2016.
